You will be responsible for communicating the Ironclad story and value proposition, while sourcing and guiding candidates through our hiring process, extending and negotiating offers and ultimately closing candidates. We are looking for someone who is driven, eager and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSource, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles while managing processes from sourcing to offer acceptance.\n\nCreate comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources in order to hire the best talent in the market.\n\nDevelop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class hiring experience, from recruiting through on-boarding.\n\nCollaborate with members of the recruiting organization including, but not limited to, recruiters and recruiting coordinators.\n\nProactively anticipate challenges and mitigate risk.\n\nStrong sourcing skills to attract & hire top talent.\n\nAnticipate needs of clients and deliver solutions before requested.\n\nLeverage AI tools to optimize recruiting processes.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, agency and/or in house.\n\nProven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates.\n\nProven track record delivering of high level client and candidate experience, superior negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.\n\nAbility to context switch across roles while handling complex and sophisticated searches.\n\nStrong business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.\n\nStrategic thinker who brings resolution to any challenges and problems throughout the recruiting process.\n\nAbility to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\n\nWorking knowledge of ATS tools and technologies, Ashby preferred.\n\nThis is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.\nBase Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 + offers Bonus\nThe base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
