We have an overwhelming amount of customer demand and need incredible engineers to keep up.\nYour Role:\nBuild at the frontier of AI in Real Estate: Lead development of agents and AI-enabled software for accounting and property management workflows\nBe incredibly product-focused: You will translate product requirements + feedback directly from the customer into high quality features and magical user experiences\nWear many hats and be an owner: You are a partner and owner of IronLedger. You will primarily focus on full stack development, but can wear many hats. This may include flying with our team to customers, listening to feedback directly and designing your own product UI/UX\nAs we grow, this role will transition into IronLedger’s Head of Engineering.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n3+ years of software development with demonstrated experience building applications with foundational models, Vector DBs and AI agent frameworksKey Skills: AWS, NextJs, Python, experience with Vector DBs, prompt engineering, and deploying agents into production (nice to have)\n\nEnergized by creating magical, near-perfect customer experiences that users love\nDeploy high quality code quickly and are excited to iterate to get closer to perfection\nAn appreciation and curiosity for the “boring”, fundamental and complex problems like accounting and property management workflows.
