The successful candidate will monitor budgets, track commitments and expenditures, prepare forecasts, analyse variances, and provide timely cost-control reports to support project profitability and management decision-making.\nRequirements\nPrepare and maintain project budgets, cost plans, cost reports, and monthly cost forecasts.\nMonitor actual costs, commitments, purchase orders, subcontractor costs, material costs, and site expenditures against approved budgets.\nIdentify cost variances, potential overruns, and financial risks, and recommend corrective actions to management.\nMaintain project cost codes and ensure accurate allocation of costs across labour, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and overheads.\nPrepare Estimate at Completion, cost-to-complete, cash-flow forecasts, and expenditure analysis.\nReview subcontractor and supplier invoices, claims, variations, and change orders for commercial and contractual compliance.\nCoordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, procurement, finance, and site teams to ensure timely and accurate cost information.\nSupporting budgeting, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives where required.\nEnsure cost-control records, reports, and supporting documents are maintained in line with company procedures.\n\nQualification\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost control, project cost management, estimation, forecasting, or commercial reporting within the construction industry.\nStrong understanding of construction project cost structures, budgets, commitments, variations, claims, and subcontractor cost control.\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and cost-tracking tools or ERP systems; familiarity with Xpedeon is a significant advantage.\nStrong analytical, numerical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with site and head office teams in a fast-paced construction environment.\nGood communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.\nKnowledge of UAE construction practices, procurement processes, and contractual procedures are added advantages.\nPreferred candidate profile :\nPrevious experience working directly with main contractors, or large-scale construction projects in the UAE (Residential & Commercial Building experience are added advantage).\nHands-on experience preparing management reports, budget variance analysis, and cost-to-complete forecasts.\nAbility to identify cost-saving opportunities and support commercial decision-making.\nDetail-oriented approach with strong ownership of deadlines, accuracy, and documentation.\nBenefits\nHealth Insurance\nPerformance Bonus\nAnnual air ticket allowance \nIn-house learning platform\nWhy Join IRTH Group?\nAt IRTH Group, we’re not just a company; we’re a family committed to building a brighter future together.
