The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring mechanical installations to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable international standards.\nThe role will support project delivery through effective quality control, site inspections, testing verification, and coordination with contractors and consultants.\nRequirements\nConduct routine inspections of mechanical systems including:\nHVAC Systems\nChilled Water Systems\nVentilation Systems\nPlumbing & Drainage Systems\nWater Supply Systems\nFire Fighting Systems\nLPG Systems (where applicable)\nPump Rooms and Mechanical Equipment\nReview Inspection Requests (IRs) and conduct inspections promptly.\nVerify compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.\nMonitor installation quality and identify non-conforming works.\nRaise observations and NCRs and monitor corrective actions.\nMaintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.\nCoordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.\nWitness pressure testing, flushing, balancing, testing, and commissioning activities.\nSupport review of material submittals and mechanical technical documentation.\nQualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.\nMinimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in mechanical inspection and supervision.\nMandatory experience on Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence regulated projects.\nExperience in hospitality, residential high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments.\nSkills\nStrong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting Systems.\nKnowledge of DM, DCD, and local authority inspection procedures.\nAbility to review mechanical drawings and specifications.\nStrong reporting and documentation skills.\nExcellent coordination and communication abilities.\nBenefits\nPrivate Health Insurance\nPerformance Bonus\nAnnual air ticket allowance \nWhy Join IRTH Group?\nAt IRTH Group, we’re not just a company; we’re a family committed to building a brighter future together.
