As we continue to expand, we are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic construction team.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to join our Main Contractor project team for a major construction project in Dubai. The role is responsible for end-to-end management and supervision of MEP subcontractors, ensuring successful delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, and ELV systems in compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), project specifications, and contractual requirements.\nThe successful candidate will act as the single technical focal point for MEP coordination between the Consultant, Main Contractor, Specialist Subcontractors, and Authorities. and ensure the MEP scope is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\nResponsibility:\nOverall management of MEP works execution on site, acting on behalf of the Main Contractor.\nLead, supervise, and control MEP subcontractors, including specialist contractors, suppliers, and vendors.\nEnsure all MEP installations comply with:\nDubai Municipality regulations and approvals\nDubai Civil Defence Fire & Life Safety requirements\nApproved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications\nCoordinate preparation, review, and approval of:\nMEP design drawings and shop drawings\nMaterial submittals and method statement.\nAuthority submission packages (DM, DCD, utilities)\nPlan, monitor, and control MEP construction programs, sequencing works in coordination with civil and architectural activities.\nReview and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and commissioning plans prior to consultant submission.\nCoordinate and attend DM and DCD inspections, ensuring readiness, compliance, and timely closure of comments.\nExpertise with managing MEP interfaces with Architectural, Structural, Interior Design, Façade, and Specialist Systems.\nMonitor MEP progress, productivity, and quality; identify risks and implement corrective actions.\nKnowledge of Lead testing, commissioning, and authority approvals, ensuring smooth handover and completion.\nManage MEP-related RFIs, variations, and claims, providing technical and commercial inputs.\nEnsure compliance with HSE requirements related to MEP works on site.\nPrepare and present MEP progress reports to Project Director and senior management.\nSupport procurement activities, including evaluation of MEP subcontractors and suppliers.\nEnsure as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and handover packages are completed and approved.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).\nMinimum 12 years of experience in MEP construction management within the UAE.\nProven experience working with a Main Contractor managing multiple MEP subcontractors.\nStrong background in hospitality, mixed-use, or high-rise projects in Dubai.\nExperience on the consultant or PMC side is highly preferred.\nSolid understanding of MEP execution, site logistics, authority processes, and construction sequencing.\nExtensive experience dealing with:\nFamiliarity working with Dubai Municipality inspections and approvals\nExperience working for Dubai Civil Defence submissions, inspections, and sign-offs\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong leadership and coordination capability across multi-disciplinary teams\nExcellent communication and management skills\nAbility to manage complex interfaces and resolve technical conflicts\nStrong planning, reporting, and decision-making skills\nThorough understanding of FIDIC-based contracts\nProblem-solving mindset with hands-on site involvement\nHigh level of technical and commercial awareness\nPreferred (Added Advantage)\nExperience delivering hospitality projects with complex MEP systems\nKnowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency, and authority compliance frameworks\nPMP or equivalent project management certification\nBenefits\n Private Health Insurance\n Performance Bonus\n Annual air ticket allowance \n Why Join IRTH Group?\nAt IRTH Group, we’re not just a company; we’re a family committed to building a brighter future together.
