As we continue to expand, we are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic construction team.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Procurement Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction projects by managing the sourcing, evaluation, and procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages. You will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, technical compliance, and timely procurement in line with project requirements. Your expertise will contribute to effective supplier selection, accurate commercial evaluations, and seamless coordination with project, engineering, and commercial tams to ensure successful project delivery.\nRequirements\nExperience managing of procurement of Provisional Sum & Subcontractor packages for high-rise building projects (Structure, Finishing, Façade, MEP, etc.)\nPrepare and maintain procurement comparison sheets for supplier quotations, evaluating pricing, technical compliance, delivery timelines, payment terms, and other relevant factors to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.\nFamiliar with preparation and issue of RFQs, tender documents, and BOQs to subcontractors\nExperience in Identifying, pre-qualification and evaluate subcontractors based on technical and commercial criteria\nHave decent experience in technical & commercial bid evaluations and prepare comparison statements\nLead negotiations with subcontractors to achieve cost-effective and timely awards\nCoordinate with Project, Engineering, Planning, and Commercial teams\nDecent exposure with Contracts/Commercial teams to issue LOIs, Work Orders, and Subcontracts.\nGood knowledge in tracking procurement schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines\nMonitor subcontractor performance related to procurement scope\nEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and contract conditions\nMaintain procurement records, reports, and vendor databases\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil)\n8 years of experience in procurement of subcontractor packages for high-rise buildings\nStrong understanding of construction methodologies and subcontract scopes\nExperience handling multiple packages simultaneously\nGood knowledge of contractual terms, BOQs, and cost control\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience with reputed main contractors or developers\nExposure to large-scale residential or mixed-use high-rise projects\nFamiliarity with local subcontractor market and supply chain\nBenefits\n Private Health Insurance\n Performance Bonus\n Annual air ticket allowance \n Why Join IRTH Group?\nAt IRTH Group, we’re not just a company; we’re a family committed to building a brighter future together.
