This involves developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting inspections and tests, analysing data, and identifying and resolving quality issues. Ultimately, a QA/QC Engineer aims to deliver products or services that satisfy customer expectations and comply with industry regulations. They will play a key role in shaping IRTH Group’s quality vision, driving excellence in work quality execution, and delivering projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives.\nRequirements\nKey Accountabilities:\nEnsures the quality records, acceptance certificates, and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements\nMonitor PODs construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications.\nPerform basic quality control inspections of materials and workmanship.\nReview subcontractor / supplier inspections and test plans against the scope of work and specification.\nPrepare and maintain progress reports and documentation.\nCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on logistics and deliveries.\nAssist with resolving minor issues and answering questions from workers.\nMonitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers\nMaintain records of testing like concrete, steel …etc, information and various metrics such as number of defective works.\nMaintain detailed records of inspections, noting deviations or defects found to ensure traceability and quality control.\nPrepare and submit reports to the quality Representative / Sr. Quality Engineer\nReported to the Sr. Quality Representative. \nKey Performance Indicators (KPI’s)\nstrong understanding of PODs construction materials and methods.\nKnowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.\nAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.\nProficiency in quality control inspection techniques.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nProblem-solving and analytical skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nTest Execution and Reporting \nInspection Approval percentage \nQuality Assurance Process Improvement\nNumber of defects identified post-release\nTraining and Development\nPerformance and Load Testing\nBenefits\nPrivate Health Insurance\nPerformance Bonus\nAnnual air ticket allowance \nWhy Join IRTH Group?\nAt IRTH Group, we’re not just a company; we’re a family committed to building a brighter future together.
