The role will work closely with project teams to meet manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring and employee mobilisation.\nRequirements\nManage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.\nRecruit for engineering, construction management, MEP, commercial, planning, and site supervision roles, as well as skilled and unskilled workers.\nWork closely with department heads and project managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.\nSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and industry networks.\nAssess candidates’ qualifications, project experience, suitability, salary expectations, and availability.\nMaintain candidate pipelines, accurate recruitment records, and regular hiring progress reports.\nMaintain employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and probation follow-up.\nCoordinate with the PRO on visa, work permit, and employee documentation requirements.\nSupport maintaining employee records, personnel files, and HR system data.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.\nProficiency working on HRMS tools, platforms and ATS\nKnowledge of construction roles, project structures, and manpower requirements.\nProven ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet project hiring timelines.\nPractical experience supporting HR operations for office and site-based employees.\nGood understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment procedures.\nStrong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and organisational skills.\nProficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel.\nUAE construction industry experience preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\nBenefits\n Private Health Insurance\n Performance Bonus\n Annual air ticket allowance \n Why Join IRTH Group?\nAt IRTH Group, we’re not just a company; we’re a family committed to building a brighter future together.
