Ensure all architectural designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, accessibility requirements, and applicable international standards.\nProduce and manage BIM models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.\nResolve design clashes through BIM coordination and participate in clash detection workshops.\nReview IFC drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and proposing practical construction solutions.\nParticipate in value engineering and design optimization exercises to improve functionality, buildability, sustainability, and project cost efficiency.\nIdentify design risks and propose practical architectural solutions.\nTechnical Coordination\nCoordinate architectural designs with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, Façade, and Infrastructure disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.\nReview specialist consultant drawings, shop drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions for compliance, coordination, and constructability.\nProvide technical support to project teams by resolving RFIs, technical queries, material approvals, and site-related architectural issues.\nParticipate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings, technical workshops, and design review sessions.\nProject Delivery\nDeliver assigned shop drawing packages in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.\nMonitor progress of architectural draftsmen and ensure alignment with project milestones.\nAssist in reviewing contractor proposals, material submissions, mock-ups, and architectural methodologies where required.\nSupport the successful delivery of residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-rise developments throughout all project phases.\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure all architectural deliverables comply with company standards, authority regulations, project specifications, and international best practices.\nReview drawings, BIM models, technical documentation, and material specifications prior to submission.\nPromote design quality, consistency, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Design & Technical Department.\nConstruction Support\nProvide architectural support throughout the construction phase by reviewing site conditions and resolving technical issues while maintaining design intent.\nConduct periodic site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, materials, and workmanship.\nAssist in resolving NCRs and architectural deficiencies through practical and timely solutions.\nCollaboration & Mentoring\nWork closely with the Technical Manager, Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, BIM Coordinators, Project Managers, PMC teams, and Construction teams.\nMentor junior architects and BIM designers by providing technical guidance and reviewing their work.\nPromote collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence across multidisciplinary teams.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in architecture.\nMaster’s degree in architecture is an advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 10-15 years of architectural design experience.\nMinimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience.\nProven experience in the design and delivery of high-rise, residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.\nExperience working within a real estate developer, or contracting company,\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of architectural design principles, detailing, construction methodologies, and building systems.\nThorough understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, accessibility requirements, and international architectural standards.\nExpert proficiency in Revit, Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.\nStrong knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and workflows.\nExperience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks.\nGood understanding of common data environments (ACC/BIM 360 or similar platforms).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nBenefits\n Private Health Insurance\n Performance Bonus\n Annual air ticket allowance \n Why Join IRTH Group?\nAt IRTH Group, we’re not just a company; we’re a family committed to building a brighter future together.
