Site Execution & Supervision\nSupervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.\nEnsure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and project requirements.\nCoordinate with site supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.\nPlan daily and weekly activities based on the project programme and site priorities.\nMonitor progress against planned targets and identify potential delays at an early stage.\nEnsure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.\nResolve day-to-day technical and site execution issues promptly.\n2. Technical & Engineering Responsibilities\nReview construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and approved materials prior to execution.\nEnsure site works are carried out in accordance with the latest approved drawings and revisions.\nIdentify discrepancies, clashes, and technical issues and coordinate with the relevant engineering/design teams for resolution.\nPrepare and review technical submissions, RFIs, inspection requests, and other project documentation as required.\nProvide technical guidance to supervisors and site teams.\nEnsure correct setting-out, levels, dimensions, and installation requirements are maintained.\n3. Consultant & Client Coordination\nCoordinate with consultants, client representatives, project management teams, and other stakeholders on site.\nAttend site meetings, coordination meetings, inspections, and technical discussions as required.\nFollow up on consultant comments, approvals, inspections, and outstanding technical matters.\nEnsure all site activities are ready for consultant/client inspection before requesting inspection.\nMaintain professional communication with all project stakeholders.\n4. Subcontractor Management\nMonitor subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nCoordinate subcontractor work sequences with the overall construction programme.\nMonitor subcontractor manpower, productivity, workmanship, and progress.\nEnsure subcontractors follow approved drawings, method statements, safety requirements, and quality standards.\nIdentify underperformance and escalate concerns to the Project/Construction Manager.\nCoordinate interfaces between different subcontractors and trades.\n5. Quality Control\nEnsure construction activities comply with approved quality standards and project specifications.\nCoordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and testing.\nMonitor workmanship and ensure defective or non-conforming works are rectified.\nEnsure inspection requests are raised at the appropriate stages of construction.\nAssist in closing NCRs, site observations, and quality-related comments.\nMaintain proper records of inspections, approvals, and corrective actions.\n6. Health, Safety & Environment\nEnsure all site activities are performed in compliance with company HSE policies and project requirements.\nCoordinate with the HSE team to identify and address unsafe practices and conditions.\nEnsure workers and subcontractors follow approved risk assessments and method statements.\nStop or escalate unsafe activities when necessary.\nPromote a strong safety culture across the site team.\n7. Planning & Progress Monitoring\nMonitor daily progress and provide accurate updates to the Project/Construction Manager.\nAssist in preparing short-term and weekly look-ahead programmes.\nTrack site constraints, material availability, manpower requirements, and access requirements.\nHighlight delays, risks, and potential programme impacts.\nCoordinate with planning and project controls teams regarding actual site progress.\n8. Materials & Resources\nCoordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.\nVerify that delivered materials comply with approved material submittals and project requirements.\nMonitor material usage and minimize wastage.\nEnsure proper storage and handling of construction materials at site.\nCommunicate upcoming material requirements in advance.\n9. Documentation & Reporting\nMaintain accurate site records and daily activity reports.\nAssist in preparing progress reports, inspection records, RFIs, site instructions, and other project documentation.\nMaintain records of completed works, pending activities, site constraints, and outstanding issues.\nProvide timely and accurate information to the Project Manager and relevant departments.\nEnsure project documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant engineering discipline, depending on the project requirements.\n7-10 years of relevant construction/site experience, preferably with a main contracting company.\nStrong experience in site execution and construction supervision.\nPrevious experience working on large-scale building, infrastructure, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects is preferred.\nUAE/GCC construction experience is highly desirable.\nStrong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and site procedures.\nExperience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.\nCandidates with relevant UAE engineering registration/authority approvals, where applicable, will be preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of construction methods and site execution.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.\nKnowledge of project scheduling and progress monitoring.\nFamiliarity with QA/QC and HSE requirements.\nKnowledge of relevant UAE construction standards and regulations.\nFamiliarity with project management/document control systems is an advantage.\nBenefits\nPrivate Health Insurance\nPerformance Bonus\nAnnual air ticket allowance \nWhy Join IRTH Group?\nAt IRTH Group, we’re not just a company; we’re a family committed to building a brighter future together.
