With a strong product culture, collaborative environment, and high growth potential, Irth offers an exciting opportunity to work on modern, enterprise-scale data platforms.\nJob Summary\nThe Operations Analyst is an entry level role responsible for supporting operational reporting, process improvement automation, and the implementation and ongoing support of a professional services automation (PSA) platform.\nThis role will report directly to the Director of Excellence and Operations and will have regular interaction with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and senior leadership. The role provides an opportunity for an early career professional to develop experience across operational analytics, process automation, AI-enabled workflows, and the implementation of a PSA platform.\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, comfortable working with technology, and interested in identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve business processes. This position will receive guidance and direction from their manager and other business stakeholders while also being expected to develop independence as experience grows.\nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Do\nProcess Automation and Operational Improvement: \nAssist key stakeholders with documenting current state processes, identifying manual or repetitive business processes, translating requirements into an improved process or technology solution, and developing future-state workflows. \nBuild, test, deploy, and maintain workflow automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate. \nTroubleshoot and maintain existing workflows and automations. \nPerform testing and validation of new processes and automated solutions prior to deployment. \nCreate and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, procedures, and other operational documentation. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives. \nAssist with additional projects and initiatives as assigned by your manager. \nReporting and Analytics:\nDevelop and maintain recurring operational reports and dashboards. \nCreate reports supporting key operational KPIs and management decision-making. \nValidate report data for completeness and accuracy. \nAssist with identifying opportunities to automate recurring reports and reporting processes. \nHelp transition existing reporting processes into standardized and automated reporting solutions where appropriate. \nSupport future reporting requirements associated with the PSA platform. \nPSA Implementation Responsibilities: The Business Operations & Automation Analyst will be an active member of the team responsible for implementing a new professional services automation platform. \nAssist in the system administration and maintenance of a (PSA) Professional Services Automation tool , (currently Monday.com) including:\nPS Opportunity and/or Project creation and maintenance. \nUnderstanding PSA and the data structures to pull relevant data into reports or dashboards. \nCreate, design, deliver and maintain processes and specifications as requested by PS leadership \nPrepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations based on data analysis. \nProvide training and guidance to team members on operational processes and tools when necessary. \nOther responsibilities as assigned \nPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;
