This role partners closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate business needs into system requirements, configure and customize software solutions, and ensure successful implementation.\nThe Implementation Consultant will demonstrate software functionality, lead requirements and configuration sessions, provide training, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing, and provide ongoing support. The role also ensures that implemented solutions meet client requirements and comply with applicable regulations.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can influence decision-makers, manage competing priorities, and work effectively across client and internal teams. Excellent communication, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently are essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Implementation & Requirements\nLead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support. \nMeet with clients following the sale of software packages to collect the information and data required to configure and customize solutions. \nFacilitate business-requirement sessions to understand client needs, evaluate priorities and feasibility, and recommend optimal solutions. \nAnalyze clients' as-is business processes and translate them into to-be processes within Irth products. \nIdentify process, product, and functionality gaps and recommend enhancements or new features when necessary. \nCustomize and configure software systems based on individual client requirements and specifications. \nServe as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned implementation projects. \nEnsure projects are completed within established KPIs, timelines, and budgets. \nConfiguration & Training\nLead clients through system configuration using a Train-the-Trainer approach. \nDevelop client-side subject matter experts who can effectively administer and use Irth software. \nDemonstrate system functionality and answer client questions throughout implementation. \nProvide training, troubleshooting, and implementation support. \nAssist clients in understanding how software functionality supports their business processes and requirements. \nProject Management & Documentation\nWork closely with Project Managers to plan, organize, and control multiple project initiatives. \nParticipate in regular project meetings and maintain accurate project status reporting. \nMaintain strong client relationships and consistent communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. \nPrepare and maintain implementation documentation, including:\nStatements of work \nBusiness and functional requirements \nProcess flow diagrams \nWireframes \nConfiguration documentation \nProject status reports \nUtilize company systems to maintain accurate project status, project information, and time entries. \nProduct & Development Collaboration\nCoordinate client enhancements with internal Irth product and development teams for upcoming sprints. \nMaintain close working relationships and regular communication with technical team members and development leads. \nWork with internal teams to establish estimated delivery timelines for planned development projects. \nCommunicate changes to development timelines, including revised ETAs and the reasons for those changes, to affected stakeholders. \nParticipate actively with development teams to ensure user stories accurately reflect business requirements and are incorporated into technical designs. \nSupport the breakdown of requirements into development sprints and actionable technical deliverables. \nEnsure enhancements and solutions align with the overall product strategy and do not conflict with existing product functionality. \nTesting & Quality Assurance\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with clients. \nSupport clients in validating new functionality and ensuring requirements have been met. \nFacilitate UAT sign-off for new features and enhancements. \nParticipate in detailed system and business-process analysis. \nReview product content for accuracy and alignment with business intent. \nApply strong underwriting and product knowledge when reviewing requirements, configurations, and content. \nCustomer Success\nTake an active role in managing the overall customer relationship and satisfaction throughout all phases of implementation. \nProactively identify potential implementation risks and develop solutions before they affect project outcomes. \nMaintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. \nEnsure clients receive appropriate communication, support, Implementation Consultant will serve as the critical bridge between clients, business requirements, product strategy, project management, and software development.\nRequirements\nSkills & requirements into clear technical specifications and communicate technical changes effectively to development teams. \nMinimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. \nDemonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation or delivery environments. \nAbility to quickly learn new concepts, software products, and technologies and translate them into effective customer solutions. \nAbility to build, motivate, and maintain productive working relationships with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. \nAbility to apply professional experience, sound judgment, and analytical thinking to plan and accomplish project goals. \nDemonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. \nWillingness and ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis. \nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. \nEquivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree, consistent with the experience This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components like OTE.
