Difference Day to Day:\nInventory & Stock Management\nDirectly oversee high-volume food, beverage, and kitchen stock, performing rigorous inventory tracking across all Miami office facilities.\n\nExecute daily restocking routines to ensure breakrooms, kitchens, and beverage stations remain fully supplied.\n\nMonitor stock consumption patterns to prevent shortages and minimize waste.\n\nMaintain clean, organized storage facilities, walk-in pantries, and supply cabinets according to workplace standards.\n\nVendor & Delivery Coordination\nReceive, unpack, and verify vendor deliveries and order fulfillments.\n\nInspect delivered stock against purchase orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies or quality issues promptly.\n\nCoordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to minimize disruption to office workflows.\n\nEquipment Maintenance & Care\nMaintain kitchen and breakroom equipment, including espresso/coffee machines, ice coolers, and water dispensers, in optimal working condition.\n\nPerform regular sanitation, cleaning, and basic user maintenance on beverage equipment.\n\nTake ownership of equipment upkeep by reporting technical issues and coordinating necessary repairs or service calls with external service vendors.\n\nFacility & Workplace Support\nPartner directly with the Head of Workplace to ensure communal spaces across office facilities remain presentable, safe, and efficient.\n\nConduct periodic walk-throughs of office communal areas to ensure clean and orderly kitchen environments.\n\nSupport general workplace operations and assist with catering setup for major team events or internal meetings as needed.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\nPhysical Capabilities\nComfort and ability to operate in a physically active role involving frequent lifting and carrying of food and beverage cases.\n\nPhysical Requirement: Must be able to regularly lift, move, and transport heavy food and beverage cases weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the day.\n\nCapacity to remain on your feet, move continuously, and repeatedly stock items across multiple floors and kitchens throughout the workday.\n\nProfessional Competencies\nOrganizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with proven ability to track inventory accurately, monitor stock levels, and maintain neat work spaces.\n\nSelf-Direction & Ownership: A self-directed worker who takes ownership, uses good judgment, and manages tasks without requiring constant supervision.\n\nDependable Follow-Through: Reliable execution and ability to manage recurring daily and weekly duties across multiple kitchens in multiple offices.\n\nProblem-Solving & Communication: Clear verbal communication skills and sound judgment when escalating facility or equipment issues.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Demands\nLocation & Attendance: Strictly 100% on-site presence required at our Coral Gables & Coconut Grove office locations (no remote or hybrid option available).\n\nActivity & Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring frequent heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, stretching, and continuous walking across multiple floors to
