This role combines deep technical solution architecture capability with hands-on delivery leadership: managing scope, budget, resourcing, risk, and multi-vendor coordination, while acting as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable designing a solution down to the infrastructure/network layer and presenting it confidently to client executives and steering committees. This is a client-facing, delivery-accountable role suited to an experienced consultant ready to lead sizeable, multi-workstream engagements for enterprise and government-related clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end technical service delivery for enterprise IT projects, from solution design through infrastructure-level implementation, testing, and go-live.\nLead solution architecture and design across network, security, systems/IT service management, and infrastructure domains (e.g. OpenText Fortify/SCA, AIOM, NNMi, SMAX; Fortinet; Cisco; Unify/OpenScape; DWDM/optical; AD/LDAP; VMware), ensuring designs are technically sound down tothe infrastructure level.\nManage delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream projects: budget, resource allocation, scheduling, risk and issue management,and coordination of subcontractors/vendors.\nServe as the primary technical point of contact and escalation owner for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead and mentor project teams of consultants and engineers across multiple concurrent engagements.\nOwn project governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, change control, and risk/issue logs.\nLead solution design workshops and deliver presentations on technical proposals, architecture, and project status to client executives, steering committees, and internal leadership.\nContribute to pre-sales activities: solution design, effort estimation, SOW/RFP responses, compliance matrices, and client-facing presentations/pitches.\nEnsure delivery quality and contractual compliance, particularly within enterprise/regulated (government-adjacent) client environments.\nDrive continuous improvement of delivery methodology, templates, and best practices across the organisation.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 7 years of experience in IT solution delivery, technical consulting, or project/programme management within enterprise IT environments.\nProven track record independently delivering large-scale, complex, multi-workstream enterprise IT projects (network infrastructure, systems management, security, or related domains).\nStrong solution design capability — able to architect end-to-end solutions and translate them down to infrastructure and network implementation detail.\nBroad working knowledge across enterprise technology domains (network infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, systems/IT service management platforms, virtualization, directory services).\nDemonstrated experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and delivery governance for sizeable, multi-stakeholder engagements.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills — able to present confidently and persuasively to senior client stakeholders, steering committees, and executives.\nStrong stakeholder management, negotiation, and client relationship skills, particularly within enterprise/regulated(government-adjacent) environments.\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or extensive equivalent practical experience.\nOpen to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.\nPreferred / Advantageous\nDirect, hands-on experience with OpenText solutions(Fortify/SCA, AIOM, NNMi, SMAX) and/or Fortinet, Cisco, Unify/OpenScape, or DWDM/optical systems.\nPMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Managing Professional/Expert, or TOGAF certification.\nExperience leading proposal/procurement responses(SOW/RFP, compliance matrices, contract language negotiation) for government-related or regulated clients.\nPrior people-management experience, leading teams of consultants and engineers.\nUnderstanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid environments) alongside on-premises enterprise infrastructure.\nOther Requirements\nBased in Singapore;
