This role is responsible for coordination, compliance tracking, and schedule management, with increasing involvement in content development and proposal organization.\nEssential Job Duties:\nSupports coordination and production of small to mid-size proposals from initiation through submission.\nDevelops proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.\nTracks progress and ensure deadlines are met across contributors.\nCoordinates with technical staff to gather and refine proposal content.\nReviews content for responsiveness, clarity, and alignment with requirements.\nIdentifies compliance gaps and drives resolution.\nOversee internal reviews, version control, and incorporation of comments.\nCoordinates proposal production and submission logistics.\nSupports training and mentoring of Proposal Coordinator I staff.\nMaintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.\nSupport, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group’s culture of safety and employee ownership.\nComply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.\nOther Duties:\nSupports capture efforts and proposal strategy discussions.\nContributes to development of proposal templates and standard processes.\nAssists in training and onboarding junior staff.\nParticipates in lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts.\nKnowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements:\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.\nWorking knowledge of proposal development processes and compliance requirements.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication between technical staff, leadership, and support roles to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.\nAbility to proactively identify risks, gaps, and coordination challenges, and independently implement effective solutions to maintain schedule, compliance, and overall proposal quality.\nAdvanced proficiency in evaluating, refining, and strengthening written content to ensure clarity, consistency, compliance, and overall quality of deliverables.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.\nIntermediate-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign.\nEducation, Certification & Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nMinimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in writing, editing, proposals, marketing, sales, business development, or communications\nLanguage Requirements (read, write, speak):\nEnglish - Read, Write, Speak\nSpanish - Read, Write, Speak\nOther Language _________________ - Read, Write, Speak\nTravel Requirements:\nNo-Seldom\nYes-Occasional (up to 5%)\nYes-Moderate (5% to 25%)\nYes-Substantial (25% to 50%)\nYes-Extensive (greater than 50%)\nENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: The physical activities of this position constantly require effective talking, hearing, sitting, walking, and standing functions.
