You work across the full solution lifecycle, from needs analysis to deployment and evolution, in close collaboration with product, BI, data science and DevOps teams. You contribute to the quality, integration and security of our solutions through a collaborative and ethical approach that supports innovation and continuous improvement.\nSuccess in this role is measured by the robustness, reproducibility and performance of solutions in production, their compliance with security and ethical requirements, and the value they bring to business needs.\nResponsibilities\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirements for AI solutions\nCollaborate with product, BI and data science teams to clarify use cases and define success indicators\nDesign the logical architecture of AI solutions (models, services, integrations)\nAssess technical feasibility and propose appropriate approaches\nContribute to the technical framing of prototypes according to the intended uses\nConvert exploratory prototypes into robust, repeatable machine learning pipelines ready for production\nDevelop APIs and services to expose AI models in production\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to ensure solution integration and deployment\nImplement AI model governance (registry, promotion, traceability) and automate MLOps\nEnsure the robustness, traceability, security, compliance and stability of deployed solutions\nDocument the technical choices, assumptions, limitations and quality criteria of solutions\nSupport the maintenance and continuous evolution of solutions with stakeholders\nTrack AI trends and integrate relevant open-source libraries and tools\nMake AI concepts accessible and share knowledge with stakeholders\nEvolve development practices to increase the efficiency and value of solutions\nAlign with ISAAC’s objectives and foster a climate of inclusion, feedback and recognition by embodying its values.\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, data science or a related field\n5 to 8 years of experience developing artificial intelligence or machine learning solutions, including design, model training and validation, deployment, monitoring and governance\nPython, TensorFlow, PyTorch and other machine learning frameworks\nBackend development, preferably for ML services (FastAPI or equivalent, API creation)\nFluency in French and English, both oral and written (multilingual internal clientele with no duplication of roles).\nAssets:\nIn-depth knowledge of the road transport sector and its specific challenges\nExperience deploying containerized services (Docker, image management and container runtime).\n Collaborators are at the center of ISAAC’s interests and values.
