The role requires a motivated self-starter with strong sales instincts and a deep interest in institutional investor expectations.\nResponsibilities:\nBusiness Development:\nCompany and industry research for the purposes of business development activities\nPreparation of sales-based materials including presentations and monthly reporting\nAssist in the buildout and research required for client roadshows\nCRM input and initiative in ensuring systems up to date and being efficiently utilized\nLearning the makeup of the firm’s institutional client base\nLearning the technical components of the business, including detailed understanding of fund strategies\nClient Relations:\nAssist with day-to-day client relationship duties, helping coordinate daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality service.\nSupport the preparation, updating and quality control of marketing and investor reporting materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with Firm standards.
