Associate Operations Transformation (m/f/d)

Mission Brief 

As Associate Operations Transformation, you will work on Isar Aerospace’s toughest operational problems - the critical-path issues that block production, execution, or expose gaps in processes, data, and systems. Your mission is to build the operational foundation required to scale from launching a single rocket to producing and launching multiples each year.

Apply if you are technically and data savvy, understand how production actually works, and can create pragmatic solutions when PLM, MES, ERP, processes, and reality do not line up neatly. 

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Drive hands-on transformation in Operations - from urgent issue resolution to scalable process and system improvements.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering and translate process insights into Enterprise IT & Data requirements.
• Build fast and pragmatic using data, process innovation, automation, and hands-on coordination.
• Improve how product, process, manufacturing, and supply chain data flows through PLM, MES, and ERP.
• Turn messy operational problems into implemented solutions - even when ownership is unclear.

Qualification Checklist 

• Outstanding problem-solving ability and a clear bias for action.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with structured and unstructured data, dashboards, API interfaces and heterogeneous data systems
• Understanding of production, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or engineering processes.
• Familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP, production systems, digital thread, or operational analytics.
• Ability to work on-site, move between shop floor and management discussions, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
