From media relations and thought leadership to executive communications and strategic campaigns, you will turn complex topics into compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences. \nYour Role in Our Space Mission: \nDevelop and execute external communications strategies that strengthen Isar Aerospace's positioning and reputation. \nBuild strong relationships with national and international media, proactively generating coverage opportunities and managing media inquiries. \nIdentify opportunities to position Isar Aerospace and its leadership across key topics including space, technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and industrial policy. \nCreate high-impact communications materials, including press releases, key messages, Q&As, speeches, presentations, opinion pieces, and executive communications. \nSupport executive visibility through speaking engagements, conferences, interviews, podcasts, and thought leadership initiatives. \nTranslate complex technical, operational, and strategic topics into compelling stories for external audiences. \nDrive storytelling around launches, products, partnerships, company milestones, and strategic developments. \nSupport crisis communications, issues management, and reputation-related topics. \nCollaborate across Communications, Public Affairs, Commercial, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging. \nSupport internal communication with leadership messaging, briefings, and presentations. \nMonitor media, industry developments, and communications performance to identify opportunities and reputational risks. \nQualification Checklist \nYou are an experienced communications professional with a strong instinct for storytelling, positioning, and reputation management. You understand how to build trust and credibility for a fast-growing technology company and know how to navigate complex, high-profile stakeholder relations in a dynamic environment. \nIdeally, you bring: \n5+ years of experience in external communications, media relations, journalism, or strategic communications. \nStrong understanding of the German and international media landscape. \nExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across different audiences and channels. \nProven ability to develop compelling narratives and identify positioning opportunities. \nAbility to translate complex technical, business, and policy topics into clear and engaging communications. \nExperience managing senior stakeholders and supporting executive communications. \nStrong judgment, discretion, and confidence in high-profile or fast-moving situations. \nFluent written and spoken English and German.
