The role focuses on the design, performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of propulsion test facilities and ground support equipment, while supporting test operations, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. \nYour Role in Our Space Mission: \nPlan and execute maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of propulsion test facilities to support current and future test campaigns. \nMonitor, analyse, and improve the performance, reliability, and availability of facility systems through data analysis and troubleshooting. \nDesign, build, and commission test benches, test equipment, and facility upgrades. \nDevelop and improve procedures, risk assessments, and operational processes to ensure safe and efficient test operations. \nPerform fault investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions on facility systems and test equipment. \nSupport test preparations, commissioning, test execution, and anomaly resolution in collaboration with test engineers, operators, and technicians. \nQualification Checklist \nRelevant engineering qualification or engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering or similar \nHands-on experience in development or testing of complex systems, preferably involving extreme operating conditions such as cryogenic temperatures, high pressures, or high temperatures.
