Our people are what drives our innovation, growth, and well-being.\nWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to help grow our business and contribute to our future.\nThe Accounts Receivable Clerks provides customer support for ISC’s internal client account management system. This position is also responsible for ensuring accurate processing of account-related transactions within financial reporting and related systems. Reporting to Operations Manager, Common Registry Services, other highlights include:\nProviding operational support for customers’ inquiries, ensuring guidance and recommendation of value-added services.\nGenerating and verifying management reports and client statements.\nCreating and maintaining customer deposit accounts, including recommendation and authorization of credit limits.\nProcessing account payments, financial adjustments, transfers, and refunds.\nProviding confirmation of daily deposits and accounts receivable.\nWhat you’ll need:\nA Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent, and a minimum of 1-2 years of related accounting experience.\nWorking knowledge of accounting practices, including accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, electronic payment processing, and refunds.\nGeneral understanding of GAAP, accounting processes, internal controls, and audit requirements.\nProficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.\nExperience with reconciliations, financial analysis, and variance reporting.\nKey Competencies:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and support financial decision-making.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when processing financial transactions and reporting information.\nDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build positive working relationships and provide excellent customer service.\nWhat we offer:\nAt ISC, we believe in progress with purpose and are proudly certified as a Great Place to Work.
