The Product Manager will be responsible for contributing to the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, working cross-functionally to bring solutions to market, and ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives. This role is accountable for product outcomes, including customer adoption, user satisfaction, and engagement with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.\nThis role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in complex, highly regulated environments where legislation, policy, and operational processes must be translated into intuitive, efficient digital products and workflows. The successful candidate will lead customer discovery, user research, and market analysis activities to identify unmet needs, validate opportunities, and inform product strategy.\nThey will be adept at synthesising customer insights, industry trends, regulatory developments, and operational requirements into clear product direction, balancing compliance, usability, and business objectives. Working closely with customers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams, they will transform complex challenges into impactful solutions that deliver measurable value for both customers and the organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe role will include, but will not be limited to, the following responsibilities:\nContributing to Product Strategy & Vision\nDefine and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.\n\nIdentify and evaluate market opportunities through customer research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.\n\nProvide input and subject matter expertise to develop business cases with other key stakeholders and recommend investment priorities based on customer value, strategic alignment, and commercial impact.\n\nSupport portfolio planning and contribute to long-term product and platform strategy.\n\nCustomer Discovery & Market Insight\nLead customer discovery, user research, and validation activities to gain deep insight into customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.\n\nBuild strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry participants to ensure product decisions are informed by real-world needs.\n\nAnalyse market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.\n\nTranslate customer, market, and business insights into clear product opportunities and strategic recommendations.\n\nProduct Ownership & Delivery\nOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with product strategy and desired outcomes.\n\nDefine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that provide clarity to delivery teams.\n\nWork closely with UX, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nParticipate in agile ceremonies and provide ongoing product direction and business context to development teams.\n\nSupport product releases, adoption activities, and successful go-to-market execution.\n\nValue Realisation & Performance\nDefine and monitor product success metrics, using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.\n\nOwn product outcomes, including customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and business performance.\n\nIncorporate commercial considerations, including revenue opportunities, pricing, and profitability, into product decisions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency, and overall product effectiveness.\n\nStakeholder Leadership & Collaboration\nAlign customers, stakeholders, and senior leaders around product priorities, roadmap decisions, and strategic objectives.\n\nFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and collaborative design activities.\n\nAct as the primary product advocate, ensuring customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements are balanced effectively.\n\nEnsure delivered solutions for product portfolio remain aligned with organisational goals, regulatory obligations, and evolving market needs.\n\nRequired Experience\n3-7+ years of experience in Product Management, or a related role, within a technology-driven environment.\n\nProven track record of successfully delivering products or features from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.\n\nExperience contributing to product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization based on customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.\n\nDemonstrated ability to translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams.\n\nStrong understanding of product discovery, customer research, user testing, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nExperience using product analytics and performance metrics to measure success and inform product improvements.\n\nProven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple business functions and influence decision-making at various organizational levels.\n\nStrong commercial awareness with experience balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business outcomes.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience managing competing priorities and making informed trade-off decisions in a fast-paced environment.\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\nPreferred Experience (Optional)\nExperience working in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, or other regulated industries.\n\nExperience launching B2B and/or B2C digital products.\n\nFamiliarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Aha!, or similar.\n\nExperience working with cloud-based technologies, APIs, integrations,
