Projects may include transformational enterprise programs, technology implementations, strategic service improvements, regulatory initiatives, and organization-wide change efforts.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead enterprise-level projects and programs from concept through successful delivery\nDevelop comprehensive project strategies, multi-year roadmaps, budgets, governance, and delivery plans\nNavigate competing priorities, risks, change impacts, and cross-functional dependencies with confidence\nPartner closely with executives, sponsors, steering committees, vendors, and business leaders\nDrive clear decision-making, escalation management, and executive-level communication\nIntegrate change management, adoption planning, and transition readiness into project delivery\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field combined with 3+ years of project management experience.\nPMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications preferred.\nChange management training (PROSCI/ADKAR) is an asset.\nProven success delivering enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and outcomes\nStrong governance, risk management, and execution discipline in structured PMO/EPMO environments\nExceptional communication skills with ability to engage effectively from frontline teams to executives\nConfidence navigating unclear or evolving circumstances, managing change, and keeping teams aligned under pressure\nKey Attributes for Success:\nHighly coachable and committed to continuous learning\nA strong facilitator who can build relationships, and lead with high EQ\nStrategic in mindset and be able to connect execution to organizational priorities and long-term value\nProactive, resilient, and solution-oriented when challenges arise\nPassionate about mentorship, knowledge sharing, and helping others grow\nWhat we offer:\nAt ISC, we believe in progress with purpose and are proudly certified as a Great Place to Work.
