Our people are what drives our innovation, growth, and well-being.\nWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to help grow our business and contribute to our future.\nThe Quality Assurance Analyst plays an important role in our software development process, designing and executing tests across complex, multi-component systems. Reporting to the Manager, IT Solutions & Quality Assurance, key responsibilities include:\nWhat you’ll do:\nReview requirements and design documentation to identify test conditions, potential gaps, risks, and appropriate test coverage.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive test cases based on business and technical requirements.\nPerform testing across complex, multi-component systems, including functional, regression, integration, and non-functional tests, as required.\nTest integrations and APIs, including SOAP web services and REST APIs.\nInvestigate, reproduce, document, and track software defects reported internally or externally, providing clear information to support resolution.\nValidate defect fixes through retesting and appropriate regression testing.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, other QA Analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure appropriate test coverage and quality.\nKnowledge & Qualifications:\nPost-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field combined with 3-5 years of software testing or quality assurance experience. (An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience testing SOAP web services and REST APIs.\nAbility to deliver quality documentation & reports - status reports, test plans, test cases, bug tracking reports and risk assessments. \nExperience with test automation tools or frameworks, including creating, executing, or maintaining automated tests is an asset.\nundefined\nWhat we offer:\nAt ISC, we believe in progress with purpose and are proudly certified as a Great Place to Work.
