Their competency may even expand to help with marketing and overall business development.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCore task and responsibility of the Senior Developer role include providing leadership, development and mentorship to all developers within Technical Solutions and to insure staff have the skills, confidence and support in their primary role within the company.\n\nAbility to proactively identify the impact on the product, people and customers who will work with the code by using deep specialized knowledge of the Product and/or Business.\n\nResponsible to design, develop, code on the core RegSys, RegTech or Sask.
