Our people are what drives our innovation, growth, and well-being.\nWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temporary term of up to 18 months, to help grow our business and contribute to our future.\nThis position will provide critical support for recruitment activities including creating job requisitions and postings, coordinating candidate communications and interview scheduling, background and reference checks, career fair participation and other recruitment processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator may also independently manage assigned recruitment files.\nOther highlights include:\nCoordinate recruitment activities from requisition approval through offer acceptance.\nCreate and maintain job requisitions and postings within the HRIS and external recruitment platforms.\nShortlist candidate resumes and conduct pre-screening conversations.\nSchedule candidate interviews, coordinate interview panels and other meeting logistics.\nPrepare recruitment documentation, including interview packages, resume bundles and schedules.\nReview and progress pre-employment screening activities including but not limited to reference checks, background checks, education verifications, and criminal record checks.\nCoordinate and attend Career Fairs and other recruitment related events.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, collective bargaining agreement, employment standards, and applicable legislation.\nWhat you’ll need:\nUniversity degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field with 1-2 years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.\nExcellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy.\nExperience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and / or HRIS system (Workday).\nSome knowledge of recruitment, staffing, and principles of a Collective Bargaining Agreement.\nStrong planning and organizational skills.\nHigh level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidential information.\nWhat we offer:\nAt ISC, we believe in progress with purpose and are proudly certified as a Great Place to Work.
