Join us and be a part of this exciting alchemy where your talent meets our vision, creating a world of pure chemistry!\nAbout the role: The Quality Auditor is responsible for performing audits of processes, documentation, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements. This role helps identify issues, verify corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in quality systems.\nThe position will be fully on-site and located at our new Mesa, AZ facility.\nPosition will pay $22.00-$24.00 per hour DOE.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nConduct internal audits of production, warehouse, and quality processes.\nReview documentation, batch records, and reports for accuracy and compliance.\nInspect finished products and packaging to verify quality standards.\nIdentify and report non-conformances or deviations.\nWork with QA, QC, and Production teams to correct and prevent issues.\nMaintain accurate and organized audit records.\nAssist in training employees on quality and compliance standards.\nSupport regulatory inspections and customer audits as needed.\nEnsure all work follows GMP, SOP, and company safety rules.\nDevelop and follow audit schedules and checklists to ensure comprehensive coverage of production, warehouse, and quality systems.\nVerify implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) from previous audits.\nConduct physical walkthroughs of production and warehouse areas to observe practices and verify compliance with SOPs.\nPrepare written audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations for management review.\nTrack open audit findings and follow up with responsible departments until resolution.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.\n1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or manufacturing preferred.\nKnowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.\nStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.\nGood communication and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to stand and walk continuously throughout production, warehouse, and quality areas for the entire scheduled shift (typically 8-10 hours) while conducting audits and floor inspections, with only standard meal and rest breaks; this is an essential function of the role.\nAbility to frequently bend, reach, and crouch to inspect equipment, storage areas, and product staged at varying heights.\nAbility to climb ladders or step stools to access elevated storage or production areas as needed during audits.\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry documents, samples, or products weighing up to 40 lbs.\nManual dexterity sufficient to operate computer systems, handheld devices, and standard office equipment for documentation and reporting.\nNear vision sufficient to read batch records, labels, documentation, and computer screens in detail.\nHearing sufficient to communicate with staff and detect equipment or safety alarms while auditing an active production and warehouse environment.\nAbility to tolerate exposure to varying production and warehouse temperatures, dust, and equipment noise.\nAbility to wear required PPE while on the production and warehouse floor, including safety glasses, hearing protection as needed, and slip-resistant closed-toe or steel-toed footwear.\nCompliance with all GMP, SOP, and plant safety/OSHA requirements.\nOur company is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities and embraces diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
