This role is contract to hire and will be responsible for translating strategy into visually compelling, high-quality designs across digital, print, packaging, and brand communication channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about visual storytelling, with a strong understanding of design trends, brand systems, and production workflows. This position supports product launches, campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives for both professional (B2B) and consumer (DTC) audiences.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nCreate visually compelling, on-brand designs across digital, print, packaging, web, sales/education, and internal materials.\nSupport product launches, monthly campaigns, and ongoing marketing initiatives with high-quality creative assets.\nUpdate, refine, and expand existing brand materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.\nDevelop production-ready final files, ensuring all technical specifications and formatting standards are met.\nExecute packaging design and updates for primary and secondary components, including regulatory and brand revisions.\nCollaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director, designers, marketers, copywriters, eCommerce, and other cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive creative solutions.\nApply feedback constructively and iterate quickly during review cycles.\nMaintain brand consistency by applying established guidelines for color, typography, layout, imagery, and core design elements.\nContribute to the evolution of the brand visual identity and expand the design system across new touch points.\nAssist in creative intake by reviewing briefs and confirming project requirements and objectives.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.\nMaintain organized file structures, naming conventions, asset libraries, and internal templates/tools.\nCommunicate with production and packaging vendors as needed to ensure accuracy and smooth execution.\nAsset Categories\nDigital: Emails, social posts/stories, animations, paid ads, web banners, landing page assets\nPrint: Mailers, foam boards, invitations, sell sheets, clinical/technical documents\nPackaging: Primary and secondary packaging updates addressing regulatory, creative, and brand consistency needs\nSales & Education: Before & After collateral, training materials, internal presentations, promotional decks\nInternal Templates: Email signatures, webinar templates, branded presentation decks\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.\n4-6+ years of professional design experience within beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or pharmaceutical categories; luxury aesthetic experience strongly preferred.\nStrong grasp of core design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and adaptive/responsive design.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and related design tools.\nExperience with packaging design, production processes, motion/video, and vendor communication.\nFamiliarity with UX/UI principles and information architecture for web experiences is a plus.\nAbility to develop campaign and brand identities aligned with creative strategy; agency experience is a plus.\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with creative workflows, proofing systems, and project management tools (experience with Wrike is a big plus).\nPortfolio showcasing visually refined work, brand consistency, and premium/luxury aesthetics.\n Please note: The interview process includes a design project assessment.\nNotices\nOur company is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities and embraces diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
