Know more at www.isdm.org.in.\nJob Description\nLead ISDM’s digital and performance marketing efforts across admissions (PGP-DM), branding, and institutional campaigns (WoB, RBPM, DoDM).\nBalance strategic thinking and hands-on execution to design, run, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.\nDrive end-to-end campaign ownership, from audience insights → execution → reporting.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategy & Campaign Management\nDesign and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (admissions + branding).\nTranslate audience insights, personas, and demographics into targeted campaigns.\nManage annual performance marketing budgets (> INR 50L) with accountability for conversions (50-75+ for admissions).\nPerformance Marketing Execution\nSet up and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, etc.\nDefine KPIs, monitor daily, and pivot strategies using data-driven insights.\nDeliver weekly/monthly performance reports with ROI and funnel analysis.\nCreative & Copy\nDevelop and review campaign messaging, headlines, and ad copy.\nCollaborate with design/video teams for high-performing assets.\nData & Analytics\nAnalyze dashboards and reports to identify trends and opportunities.\nRecommend funnel improvements to reduce CPL and increase conversions.\nStakeholder & Process Management\nCoordinate with admissions, design, and content teams to align campaigns.\nManage external agencies/vendors, ensuring accountability and results.\nEstablish campaign calendars, review cycles, and reporting rhythms.\nQualification and Skills\nExperience: 8-12 years in performance marketing, with at least 3-4 years in senior/lead roles.\nSectoral Fit: Strongly preferred - education or social sector campaigns.\nProven Track Record: Managed budgets > INR 50L and delivered significant conversion outcomes.\nMust-Have Competencies:\nAudience research, personal building, demographic targeting.\nCopywriting for performance ads.\nData analytics, reporting, and actionable insights.\nBudget management and B2C funnel optimization.\nStrong project management and stakeholder coordination.\nTechnical Expertise:\nLinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Analytics.\nCRM tools (Meritto, Zoho or equivalent).\nSEO fundamentals, Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).\nCanva (basic editing and collaboration).\nRemuneration for this role will be commensurate with qualifications & experience.
