Know more at www.isdm.org.in.\nAbout PGP-DM\nThe Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGP DM) is ISDM’s flagship initiative designed by leading academics and practitioners from both the development\nand management sectors. The yearlong program blends ideas of development with concepts of management, combines in-class sessions with a two-week field component on “Realizing India” and promotes collaborative group work.\nPurpose of Role\nThe work broadly revolves around in-person and online activities related to a course under PGP DM, including course development, course delivery, curating course\nmaterials, LMS support, data analytics, engaging all current and potential stakeholders, shaping content and fulfilling all related activities. This is a course based engagement\nwith attachment to a specific faculty over the time period of teaching from course development to course grading.\nTeaching Assistant Job Responsibilities\nWorks under the supervision of a course faculty\nClassroom management and attend all the lectures\nHelping the faculty with grading, curating course materials and other logistics\nConducting office hours and discussion sessions to help students understand the ideas and concepts introduced in the course, develop problem solving skills and, in general, enlarge the intellectual imagination of the students\nCompetences and skills preferred\nExcellent communication skills- written and oral\nCoordination and Management Skills\nAdept in MS office\nStrong academic leanings\nProject management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines\nTechnically and experientially equipped in managing digital modes of learning\nAbility to conduct tutorial sessions for students on course content\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nVersatility to simultaneously work on diverse tasks and deliver consistently\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nMasters Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline within Social Science, Liberal Arts or Business Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience.\nEducation and Experience focus areas\nDevelopment Studies; Finance, Fund-raising; Marketing; Strategy; Organisation Behaviour; Data Analysis; Monitoring & Impact Evaluation; Systems Thinking, Program Theory Matrix; Operations Management, Technology in Management.\nNote: This is a course-based engagement with attachment to a specific faculty.
