# IT Systems Administrator

International Submarine Engineering Location:Port Coquitlam, BC Workplace:Onsite Career Opportunity ISE is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day ownership of its local IT infrastructure and user support. This position will be ISE’s primary on-site IT resource, supported by the broader GTI IT team at our parent company location in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The successful candidate will have the expertise to independently manage servers, networks, endpoints, security controls, backups and user access while supporting ISE’s cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and access-related issues. Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and endpoints. Administer Windows and Linux server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access. Monitor and maintain physical and virtual servers, including patching, backups, and disaster recovery. Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure, including identity, access, and connectivity. Maintain cybersecurity controls, including endpoint protection, access controls, system hardening
