(Gather Product Data, Substitution Requests, LEED, Manufacturer qualifications etc.) and coordinate Manufacturer supplied Submittals etc.)\nAssist with tasks related to shop drawings. (Drawing of Door and Frame Elevations under the supervision of the Detailer). Procure manufacturer supplied shop drawings as necessary.\nTrack submittal deliverable dates and ensure they are met.\nMaintain project to do and issues list, report on progress to manager.\nManage vendor or customer tasks/issues under the guidance of manager.\nCoordinate alongside Purchasing Department to procure, expedite, and track materials, backorders, shortage and breakage, quality, and warranty items.\nSupport procurement and delivery of Project Closeout documents, O&Ms, Warranties etc.\nCoordinate Field Related issues between customers and manufacturers/suppliers and vendors.\nOther Duties\nPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing or activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. \nPreferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)\nEducation/Experience\nCollege degree with coursework in a technical area.\n2 years construction industry experience in an administrative role – i.e., Project Coordinator,\nExperience responding to customer and/or vendor concerns\nKnowledge/Skills\nExperience in construction coordination and closeout\nExperience providing contractor or vendor support\nAbility to read plans and specifications\n Minimum Qualifications\nEducation/Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent or at least 2 years in an administrative or coordinator role in the construction industry.\nExperience assisting multiple teams\nKnowledge/Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong prioritization and organizational skills, detail-oriented \nProficiency in MS Office Suite applications, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nEngages in company culture \nOpen to feedback and flexible to change \nAble to work in fast-paced, environment dealing with multiple team members \nSelf-motivated\nCustomer Service Skills: \nDemonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding service – both with internal and external customers \nTakes ownership to personally resolve customer problems (or find someone who can) \nListens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers \nCommitted to following-up with customers in all instances in a timely manner \nStrong sense of accountability -
