Notify Operations Manager / General Superintendents of any discrepancies or unknown invoices immediately.\nVerify coding for purchase card (P-card) for field staff. Provide coding where necessary.\nOnboarding field staff and verifying all items are completed prior to start (pre-employment, forms, etc.). \nSchedules required training and maintains field certification logs\nAssist in maintaining Affirmative Action Program for construction projects.\nAssist IM and GS with putting together presentations for meetings (staff, safety stand downs, trainings, etc.)\nMaintains log of regions fleet vehicles, maintenance records and schedules maintenance when needed.\nAssist in recruiting field staff (reviewing resumes, phone screens and sourcing). \nCoordinates travel for installers and field leaders (i.e., lodging, airfare, mileage, subsistence, and other accommodation as needed).\nIf applicable, maintain Toolwatch program and inventory all tools and coordinate.\n\nSafety Responsibilities\nPromote a positive atmosphere for safety excellence committed to the Safety Promise.\nDistribute OSHA-300A summary sheets annually.\nOrder and distribute personal protection equipment.\nMaintain prescription safety glasses program.\nMaintain and track quarterly safety awards.\n\nOther Duties\nPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing or activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)\nEducation/Experience\nAssociates degree\nExperience in logistics and/or record keeping.\n\nKnowledge/Skills\nIntermediate to Advanced proficiency with desktop applications.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation/Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent or at least two years’ experience in industry or related field.\n\nKnowledge/Skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent time management skills with a consistent record of meeting deadlines.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple departments.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment while working with multiple personalities and changing needs.\nDemonstrates a high level of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.\nSkilled at organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficient with MS Office applications.\nAbility to partner with regional and corporate departments. \n\nCustomer Service Skills: \nDemonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding service – both with internal and external customers. \nTakes ownership to personally resolve customer problems (or find someone who can) \nListens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers. \nCommitted to following up with customers in all instances in a timely manner. \nStrong sense of accountability -
