Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. \nPreferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)\nEducation/Experience\nCollege degree with coursework in a technical area.\n2 years construction industry experience in an administrative role – i.e. Project Coordinator, Project Assistant/Administrator or Contracts Administrator\nExperience responding to customer and/or vendor concerns\n Knowledge/Skills\nExperience in construction coordination and closeout\nExperience providing contractor or vendor support\nAbility to read plans and specifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation/Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent or at least 2 years in an administrative or coordinator role in the construction industry.\nExperience assisting multiple teams\n Knowledge/Skills\nStrong communication skills\nProficiency in MS Office Suite applications, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint\n\nCustomer Service Skills: \nDemonstrates commitment to deliver outstanding service – both with internal and external customers \nTakes ownership to personally resolve customer problems (or find someone who can) \nListens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers \nCommitted to following-up with customers in all instances in a timely manner \nStrong sense of accountability -
