Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für sechs Mitarbeitende des Einkaufs, inklusive Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung relevanter Einkaufs-KPIs
  • Optimierung von Prozessen, Ressourcen und Softwarelösungen im Einkauf in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Zeit
  • Regelmäßige Lieferantenbewertung und Suche nach wirtschaftlicheren Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten durch Nachverhandlungen, Analysen und Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung beim Onboarding strategischer Lieferanten, insbesondere aus dem Nicht-EU-Ausland und bei Maschinenlieferanten
  • Schnittstelle zu allen Bedarfsträgern, z. B. Produktion, Vertrieb und Ersatzteilservice
  • Steuerung der operativen Beschaffung nach Vorgaben bzw. Bedarfen, inklusive Terminsicherung und Klärung von Reklamationen und Abweichungen
  • Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit, z. B. zu Messen, Weiterbildungen und Lieferanten, in Einzelfällen auch außerhalb Deutschlands

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Beschaffung, Vertragsverhandlung, Lieferantenmanagement und Risikobewertung
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenzen in Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
  • Stärke in der strategischen Planung und in der operativen Umsetzung
  • Erfahrung in Change Management und Prozessoptimierung (KVP)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics Navision wünschenswert
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und lösungsfokussierte Herangehensweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
