Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration.\nThe role\nThe parts you cut go into aircraft, defense systems, energy infrastructure and robots. This is a hands-on machining role at our Dallas factory, where you own your work from the program to the finished part rather than handing it down a line.\nThe factory is still being shaped, so you will help improve the setup rather than wait for it.\nWhat you'll do\nProgram, simulate and optimize toolpaths in 3-axis, 5-axis and mill-turn where it applies.\n\nSet up, prove out and run jobs to aerospace and defense standards.\n\nOwn cycle time and machine utilization.\n\nChoose fixturing, tooling and cutting parameters for aluminum, steels, titanium and Inconel.\n\nTake new parts from drawing to repeatable production, with DFM feedback for the customer.\n\nLog your work accurately in MasonOS, our in-house operating software.\n\nHelp standardize programming approaches that other sites in the network can reuse.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nStrong CAM programming in Fusion, Hypermill, Mastercam or equivalent.\n\nA record of holding tolerances of ±0.01 mm (about ±0.0004 in) or tighter.\n\nProduction experience setting and running high-end machines such as Hermle, DMG Mori or Mazak.\n\nA solid understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling strategy and workholding.\n\nConfident reading of complex drawings and GD&T.\n\nComfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.\n\nNice to have\nAerospace, defense or other high-specification experience.\n\n5-axis simultaneous machining.\n\nProbing, automation or pallet systems.\n\nAS9100 or ISO 9001 familiarity.\n\nAn interest in robotics and data-driven manufacturing.\n\nWhy Isembard\nWork on mission-critical
