Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration.\nThe role\nIsembard has grown quickly, and we now need a sales organisation that can scale with it. The Global Sales Lead is a senior, hands-on role working directly with our CEO.\nYou will lead sales across the UK, US, Germany and France, sell to engineering-led customers in aerospace, defence, energy and robotics, and build the team, process and structure behind our next stage of growth.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn sales globally: strategy, targets and results.\n\nLead complex enterprise deals yourself, not only through others.\n\nDesign the sales structure across business development, closing and account management, and hire into it.\n\nBuild pipeline discipline, forecasting and CRM practice so decisions rest on reliable data.\n\nWork with factory, CAM and quality teams so that what we sell, we can make on time.\n\nRepresent Isembard with senior customers and partners.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nHands-on enterprise sales experience, with a record of closing complex, technical deals.\n\nExperience building and leading a sales team in a scaling company.\n\nCredibility with engineers, and comfort discussing how parts are made.\n\nCommercial judgement in a business with physical constraints on capacity and delivery.\n\nComfort with ambiguity and building structure from scratch.\n\nNice to have\nA manufacturing background.\n\nAerospace, defence, space or hardware sales.\n\nSelling across the UK, Europe and the US.\n\nWhy Isembard\nBuild a sales function at a defining stage of the company.\n\nWork directly with the CEO on how Isembard grows.\n\nLocation: On-site at our Southwark factory in
