Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration.\nThe role\nIsembard is hiring quickly across the UK and Europe, and every new starter needs a working laptop, the right accounts and the right access on their first day.\nThe IT Operations Specialist owns IT hardware and day-to-day technical support for our people across the UK and Europe. You will work with our IT and cyber-security leads, and make sure IT works as well on a factory floor as it does in an office.\nWhat you'll do\nProvide hands-on IT support to colleagues across the UK and Europe during EMEA working hours.\n\nOwn IT hardware: buying, setting up, tracking and retiring laptops, phones, peripherals and meeting-room AV.\n\nRun joiner, mover and leaver processes so devices, accounts and access are ready before day one and removed promptly.\n\nEnrol and manage devices to company standards, working with our cyber-security lead.\n\nManage access and permissions across our core tools.\n\nDocument processes and write self-service guides so common questions answer themselves.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience in IT support or IT operations, ideally in a growing company.\n\nHands-on experience with end-user devices, identity and access management, and device management.\n\nOrganisation and follow-through: nothing falls between tickets.\n\nClear communication with non-technical colleagues.\n\nComfort working on site in a factory environment.\n\nNice to have\nMeeting-room AV setup.\n\nSupporting several sites or countries.\n\nIT in a
