Our robotics team is building automation that fits how we work, aimed at the biggest bottlenecks on the shop floor and designed to be deployed across many sites.\nAs a Robotics / Mechatronics Engineer you will design, build and integrate in-house hardware, starting with autonomous material movement on the shop floor. The role spans CAD, embedded systems and software.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, build and integrate robotic and mechatronic systems for our factories, from concept and CAD to prototype and deployment.\n\nWork across mechanical design, actuators, sensors, embedded electronics and communications hardware.\n\nWrite the software that runs your hardware and connects it to MasonOS.\n\nSpecify and integrate off-the-shelf automation, such as machine tending and cell automation, where that is the right answer.\n\nPrototype and test on a live shop floor, designing for modularity so systems can be deployed at many sites.\n\nDevelop maintenance and reliability practices for systems in production.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nBroad engineering ability across hardware, software and embedded systems.\n\nStrong CAD skills.\n\nProgramming for robotics, for example Python or C++.\n\nHands-on embedded experience with actuators and communications hardware.
