Sales Representatives turn their interest into orders.\nYou will manage opportunities from first conversation to purchase order, working with business development colleagues who open doors and with factory teams who check what we can make and when.\nWhat you'll do\nManage a pipeline of prospective and new customers in our target sectors.\n\nLead commercial conversations with engineering and procurement teams.\n\nWork with factory and quoting teams to confirm manufacturability, lead time and price before committing.\n\nPrepare proposals and support contract negotiation.\n\nKeep CRM records and forecasts accurate.\n\nFeed customer requirements back to production so nothing is promised that the floor cannot deliver.\n\nHand won accounts over cleanly so delivery starts well.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nA track record in B2B sales, ideally selling technical or manufactured products.\n\nTechnical literacy: comfortable discussing drawings, tolerances, materials and lead times, or able to learn quickly.\n\nStructured pipeline management and accurate forecasting.\n\nClear written and verbal communication, and good judgment in difficult conversations.\n\nHigh standards, low ego and a bias toward action.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in manufacturing, machining, aerospace or defense.\n\nAn engineering background.\n\nWhy Isembard\nFrontline exposure to aerospace and
