If you feel you're a strong fit but your compensation needs differ, we’re open to a conversation-let’s talk.\nEssential Duties\n\nDevelop healthcare planning and programming concepts while maintaining ongoing communication with clients and project teams to address evolving project needs, design considerations, and schedule or budget impacts\nCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and engineering team members, fostering clear and professional communication throughout all project phases\nApply industry knowledge and prior experience to enhance project quality, identify challenges, communicate potential impacts, and seek clarification when needed\nConduct research and analyze space utilization to determine current and future space requirements, developing solutions that support operational and strategic goals\nPartner with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare stakeholders to align on planning concepts and space solutions that support patient care and operational efficiency\nAnalyze service line data and develop strategic and detailed space programs\nDevelop unit and room layouts with an understanding of medical equipment and clinical workflows\nDevelop multiple options and iterations to reach ideal state layout\nCoordinate the preparation and completion of project master planning and pre-design studies through design development documentation with internal teams, clients, consultants, and other design professionals\nStay informed on emerging trends, methodologies, and best practices in healthcare design, planning, sustainability, LEAN strategies, and evidence-based design\nMentor and manage other design team members to develop medical planning expertise\nParticipate in marketing and business development\nPerform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required\nArchitectural registration/licensure strongly preferred\nEDAC and/or ACHA accreditation strongly preferred\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare projects, medical planning, or a related field required\nProficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI\nStrong knowledge of healthcare planning and programming principles and methodologies\nWorking knowledge of architectural design, structural systems, and construction processes\nExcellent presentation and communication skills\nKnowledge of medical equipment planning processes and delivery\nKnowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements at the local, state, and federal levels;
