We believe we are better together, and this role is designed as an in-office position to support collaboration, mentorship, and team connection across our offices.\n\nIn this role, you will work closely with Will Kratt, PE, PTOE, Transportation Business Unit Leader, and Barrett Hubbard, PE, PTOE, Transportation Engineer to lead traffic engineering projects to serve state departments of transportation, city, and private sector clients. If this sounds like a mission and culture you want to invest in, explore your career potential within our Transportation team.\nEssential Duties\nCollect traffic data, perform intersection evaluations, complete traffic and corridor studies, and conduct analyses using simulation and modeling software\nLead projects in traffic related design including traffic signal and roundabout plans, roadway lighting plans, signing and striping plans, construction staging and traffic control plans\nPrepare preliminary and final designs and develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates\nBuild and strengthen client relationships by actively listening and understanding their goals, priorities, and expectations\nAct as a technical resource within the organization, providing expertise and guidance on transportation projects\nServe as a mentor and leader for local internal ISGers that demonstrates a high degree of professionalism\nSupport additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned to contribute to team and organizational success\n\n We’ve listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components.
