岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、基于对视频生成与创作工具领域的深度理解，挖掘用户需求，设计面向C端用户的视频创作产品，优化创作流程体验，推动AI技术与视频生产工具的创新结合;
2、制定内容平台核心指标（如用户生成内容质量、创作效率、社区互动率、内容分发效果等），持续评估产品体验与用户增长效果;
3、协调研发、设计、内容运营团队，推动视频创作工具与内容社区功能的开发落地，打造用户创作-分享-互动的闭环生态;
4、深度分析内容社区用户行为与市场趋势，跟踪竞品动态（如短视频平台、AI创作工具、UGC社区等），迭代产品策略。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、对AIGC、视频生成技术及创作工具有强烈热情，熟悉AI视频生成的应用场景，能够洞察用户痛点;
2、内容社区产品、视频创作工具等C端用户产品上有较深刻的理解和认知; 熟悉C端用户产品设计逻辑，3年以上视频创作工具/内容社区产品经验，有成功落地案例者优先;
3、具备优秀的用户同理心与产品审美，能设计符合用户需求的交互流程，平衡工具效率与社区互动体验; 能快速学习，有创业精神，敢于创新和打破常规。
加分项：
具备Prompt Engineering经验，能通过快速原型验证AI生成功能;
深度使用过主流AI视频生成产品。
