Critical wherever ISHIR is building AI capability into an\naccount that has thin or no internal AI engineering.\nPrincipal Responsibilities\nEmbed directly with client stakeholders to understand workflows, data, and constraints firsthand\nRapidly prototype AI/agentic solutions and iterate based on real usage, not just requirements docs\nOwn the handoff from proof-of-concept to production-grade deployment\nBridge the gap between ISHIR delivery teams and client engineering/business teams\nTroubleshoot integration issues across client APIs, data sources, and infrastructure in real time\nFeed field learnings back into ISHIR's reusable accelerators and playbook.\nRequired Skillsets (5-8 years, with at least 1-2 years in a client-embedded or startup-style role)\nStrong full-stack engineering (React/TypeScript, Node or Python/Laravel backends)\nHands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock) and agent frameworks\nComfort working directly with clients with minimal internal support\nCloud deployment experience (AWS Serverless, Azure)\nStrong ownership mentality; thrives in ambiguity\nPreferred Education\nPrior GovTech, healthcare, or real estate/PropTech domain exposure; experience standing up AI from zero in a client account\nABOUT ISHIR\nISHIR is a digital innovation and enterprise AI services provider.
