down complex problems, propose solutions and think clearly under pressure.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, give and receive technical feedback.\n\nWriting clean, maintainable and well-documented code.\n\nStructured way of working and strong ability to learn continuously.\n\nNice to haves\nExperience with power systems, battery management systems, or safety-critical applications.\n\nExperience with unit testing for embedded systems.\n\nFamiliarity with aerospace quality standards.\n\nExperience with script based automated production testing using Python.\n\nHands-on experience with embedded hardware testing.\n\nExperience with STM32 family of
