This role is crucial for ensuring flight hardware and ground support equipment meet space-grade manufacturing, material, and reliability standards, while being cost\neffective.\nKey Responsibilities of the Electronics Assembly Technician\nPerform high-precision soldering of components for space subsystems, adhering to strict quality and reliability standards.\n\nRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.\n\nFollow established procedures and work instructions to maintain consistency and compliance with industry standards.\n\nInspect solder joints and assemblies for defects, ensuring they meet IPC Class 3 and space- level requirements.\n\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks and continuous improvement.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company and industry safety protocols.\n\nWhat we offer\nCareer development program for IPC Class 3 soldering standard for space systems, including in-house training program.\n\nA dynamic and social work environment in a high-tech sector.\n\nEnvironment with where craftsmanship counts.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\nEducation and Experience\nVocational education or equivalent experience in electronics, soldering, or a related\n\ntechnical field.\n\nEntry-level position;
