interpret technical drawings, mechanical blueprints, 3D models, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.\n\nFollow established procedures and work instructions to maintain consistency and compliance with space industry standards.\n\nInspect mechanical fits, alignments, and torques for defects, ensuring assemblies meet cleanroom and space-level requirements.\n\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks and continuous process improvement.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, specifically adhering to contamination control and experience in precision assembly is a distinct advantage but not strictly required.\n\nMindset and Skills\nExcellent fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for handling delicate components and using precision hand tools.\n\nAn eager-to-learn attitude with a strong commitment to quality, patience, and a high attention to detail.\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and work instructions in English.\n\nBasic understanding of mechanical fasting techniques, torque tools, and material properties is beneficial.\n\nPlanning and organizational skills to manage individual tasks efficiently.\n\nAbility to work in a structured, methodical, and highly disciplined manner.\n\nExcellent English
