You will perform internal audits and where applicable you will define process improvements. Within the project teams you will be performing design reviews, risk and FMEA analysis, management of non-conformities and the associated reports to both internal and external parties and will provide support to configuration management.\nSpecific tasks and responsibilities include:\nMaintain and improve the QMS based on process quality audits and internal audits.\n\nInterface with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure that compliance to requirements is secured and correctly documented.\n\nChair Non-Conformance Boards including planning, preparing and executing, reporting of the results and follow up to ensure closure of non-conformities.\n\nPerform risk analysis, FMEA analysis and design reviews for both projects and production items.\n\nReview project documentation to ensure compliance to quality requirements.\n\nRequirements\nDegree in a relevant subject.\n\nMinimum of 2 years experience in a quality role within a space context.\n\nSolid understanding of industry standards such as ECSS and/or comparable standards (ISO, AS&D).\n\nExperienced in Quality Engineering principles, tools and methods.\n\nFamiliar with environmental testing and able to help define and improve test plans would be a plus.\n\nFamiliar with IPC standard would be a plus.\n\nEnergetic team player with a positive mindset and excellent communication skills.\n\nA great sense of responsibility and attention to detail.\n\nSuccess oriented and going the extra mile if needed.\n\nProficient in English (speaking / reading / writing).\n\nWhy should you join us?\nWe bring together a team of dedicated people from all over the world who are fun and pleasant to work with.
