With the ambition to grow into a Project Manager position, you will have the opportunity to gradually take on greater responsibilities and develop towards independently managing technical projects.\nYour main responsibilities:\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects within the team.\n\nCoordinate equipment qualification and testing, ensuring timely availability of facilities, hardware, and resources.\n\nCommunicate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.\n\nMonitor project progress, follow up on deliverables, and identify potential delays.\n\nSupport the coordination of project requirements across teams.\n\nContribute to improving project coordination processes and daily operations.\n\nRequirements\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field or a related discipline.\n\nPrevious experience in a technical, project coordination or regulated environment is an advantage.\n\nUnderstanding of the importance of documentation, quality standards, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.\n\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.
