invoicing coordination, and documentation where required.\nIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements.\nEnsure timely and accurate completion of sales-related reports and MIS.\nSupport the sales team in meeting operational and business requirements.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.\n2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Business Operations, or a similar role.\nHands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.\nGood knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.\nExperience in the technology, cloud, SaaS, or IT services industry is an
